The unit leased is not reserved for the tenant should he/she decide to purchase it later. If the leased unit is unavailable for purchase, the Client may purchase another similar unit in the prescribed list in the Expression of Interest form (EOI) at the same agreed price while still enjoying the goodwill rental rebate.
